DARK CHOCOLATE SYRUP
Super simple and rich sauce. Taste better after sitting a day. Great warmed up over ice cream or on a spoon.

Steps:
- 1. Place the heavy cream and corn syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer but don't let it boil. Whisk in the pieces of chocolate a few at a time and whisk until melted.
- 2. Repeat until all chocolate has melted then whisk in the butter. Add the salt and stir.
