Steps:
- Spoon yogurt onto several layers of paper towels; spread to 1/2" thickness. Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 10 minutes. Scrape into bowl using spatula; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & chill 2 hours, and stir before serving
