Number Of Ingredients 12

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup ground pecans
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple
3 medium firm bananas, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3-1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant lemon pudding mix
TOPPING:
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, pecans, butter and sugar. Press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. , Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. Place bananas in a small bowl; add reserved juice. Let stand for 5-10 minutes; drain. Arrange bananas in a single layer over crust. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add pudding mixes; beat on low speed just until combined. Spread over bananas; top with pineapple. Spread with whipped topping; sprinkle with chopped pecans. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

This is my two favorite things, cream cheese and fruit, So naturally I would like this recipe.I love this made with blackberries or rasberries but any fruit will make it delicious.

1 1/2 c graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c sugar
1/3 c margarine, melted
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp milk
3 1/2 c whipped topping, thawed
2 pt berries, fresh, any kind
2 pkg vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c cold milk

Steps:

  • 1. Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and margarine. Press into 13x9 pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit in even layer. Prepare pudding; Pour over the fruit. Chill several hours or over night. Shortly before serving; spread rest of whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional fruit. Chill.

This is an awesome dessert.My Daughter makes it all year. It is so easy to make it to suit your tastes.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (4 1/2 ounce) instant devil's food pudding
French vanilla instant pudding
2 cups cold milk

Steps:

  • Combine butter, flour, and pecans.
  • Press into 13x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
  • Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Blend instant puddings with milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill well.
  • ***You can use whatever flavor instant pudding you like.

4 teaspoons sugar
2/3 cup whipped topping
1-1/2 cups mixed fresh berries
Additional whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping., In each of 2 parfait glasses, layer a fourth of the cream cheese mixture and a fourth of the berries. Repeat layers. Top with additional whipped topping if desired. Chill until serving.
