SIMPLE & DELICIOUS CRANBERRY CREAM CHEESE PINWHEELS
These are super easy to make for a dinner party or as a dinner appetizer. I always make them for the Christmas holiday season and use spinach tortilla rollups.

- Mix cream cheese and garlic salt together until well blended. Spread evenly on tops of tortillas.
- In small bowl, stir together cranberries and onions. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese spread. Lightly press cranberry/onion mix into cream cheese.
- Roll up tortilla. Trim off ends. And cut each tortilla into 10 even pieces using a serated knife, like you would slice bread.

- First heat oven to 375°F Unroll the dough and divide it into 2 rectangles (most store-bought doughs are perforated down the middle). Press together any other perforations to seal them. Using a butter knife, spread the cream cheese evenly over the 2 rectangles, leaving a 1/4- to 1/2-inch border on all sides, then spread the cranberry sauce over the cream cheese. Start at the short side, roll each piece of doug into a log, then cut each log into six 1-inch-wide slices.
- Place the slices on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let the pinwheels sit for 5 minutes (to allow the filling to set) before removing them to wire racks. Serve warm.

- Prepare stuffing as directed on package; cool completely.
- Unroll dough onto cutting board; press into 14x10-inch rectangle. Spread with cream cheese; top with stuffing and cranberries. Roll up, starting at one short side of rectangle.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- Heat oven to 375°F. Cut roll-up into 20 slices; place, cut sides down and 2 inches apart, on baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
