CRANBERRY, TANGERINE, AND POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE PUNCH
Steps:
- To make the swizzle sticks, spear 3 cranberries alternately with 2 mint leaves on wooden skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet; cover with damp paper towels, and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
- In a large punchbowl or pitcher, stir together the fruit juices. Fill glasses with ice, and ladle or pour about 1/2 cup punch into each glass; top with champagne. Garnish each glass with a swizzle stick.

If you like mimosas and cranberries, this one's for you! (The prep time included the 6 hours for the ice to firm - the actual mixing of the ingredients is only about a 5 minute prep)

Steps:
- 1. 6 hours before serving and while juices are chilling, make the ice ring. Layer lemon and orange slices in a ring mold and scatter cranberries in between. Then mix together the cranberry juice, orange juice and water, and pour the liquid over the fruit. Freeze the ring mold until firm.
- 2. Mix all 4 punch ingredients in a large punchbowl with the ice ring.
- 3. (In a hurry - use ice cubes.)
