mayonnaise
canned white chicken meat (large can)
Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
wheat thins crackers or saltine

Steps:

  • Mix canned chicken and mayo like you are making tuna sandwiches, but add a little bit more mayo.
  • If you add too much and it is runny, add more chicken.
  • Then add Mrs.
  • Dash to taste.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
  • Then dip in your cracker and eat!
  • (I like wheat thins the best.).

1 (1/4 ounce) individual packet dry washington's golden broth seasonings
1/3 cup finely chopped carrot
1 tablespoon milk
onion powder, to taste

  • Mix all ingredients together. May need to add more/less milk for desired consistency.
  • Serve with crackers or carrots.

I got this recipe from a friend years ago when she served it at a party. It's yummy!

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c miracle whip or other mayo type dressing
3 Tbsp chopped green onion tops (green part only)
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
5 slice bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled or
4-5 Tbsp real bacon bits (in the resealable pouch - much easier! ;)
box onion, swiss cheese and/or bacon crackers to serve wth

Steps:

  • 1. Combine cream cheese and mayo in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
  • 2. Add all remaining ingredients, blending well. Chill covered for at least 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with Swiss cheese, Onion, or your fav crackers.

1 jar (5 ounces) blue cheese spread
1 jar (5 ounces) pimiento cheese spread or sharp American cheese spread
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Assorted crackers

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cheese spreads until blended. Stir in red onion and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (cheese mixture will be soft). Serve with crackers.

2 (500 g) packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle seafood cocktail sauce (with horseradish, I used heinz)
2 (10 ounce) cans small-medium shrimp
1 green pepper, diced finely
3 green onions, ends diced
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (older the better)

Steps:

  • Mix, in a bowl, the first 5 ingredients. Spread in a 9x13 pan.
  • Layer overtop, and in order given the next 5 ingredients.
  • This is best if mixed the night before serving, but a few hours is great too. Serve with assorted wheat and rice crackers.

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 TBS. milk
1/2 C sour cream
2 TBS minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) diced chopped beef
1/4 C chopped green pepper
1/2 C chopped pecans sauted in 2 TBS. butter

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese, milk, sour cream, minced onion, salt, chopped beef, green pepper. Pour into 8" pie plate. 2. Top the mixture with the chopped pecans. 3. Bake at 350 for 15 min. (10 min. longer if refrigerated). Serve with Wheat Thins.

1 cup hellman's mayonnaise (no substitutes)
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup onion, finely diced
1 dash Tabasco sauce (delicious if you use both!!) or 1 dash Worcestershire sauce (delicious if you use both!!)

  • Combine and bake at 350F for approxomately 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with crackers or hard breaded rounds.
