2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese
2 (1 ounce) packets dry ranch dressing mix
8 ounces bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled

Steps:

  • In a slow cooker combine place chicken, cream cheese, and Ranch seasoning.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until chicken shreds easily.
  • Once chicken shreds stir with a large fork or spoon, so the chicken shreds and all the ingredients combine.
  • Add in crumbled bacon and stir to incorporate.
  • Serve warm.

● 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Steps:

  • 1 Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 2 Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Combine chicken soup, velveeta and chicken broth in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Whisk in ranch dry mix and salt and pepper. 3.   • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large resealable Ziploc bag, combine flour and chicken. Shake until fully coated. Set up a dredging station: In one bowl, add panko breadcrumbs and in another bowl whisk eggs and add 2 tablespoons water. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then panko until fully coated. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper. Bake until golden and crispy, 20 to 25 minutes. 3 c chopped cooked chicken (about 1 rotisserie chicken)
1 ½ c mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 ½ c sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
3 oz chopped bacon bits
chopped green onions or fresh parsley for garnishing

Steps:

  • Instructions Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the lasagna noodles on how to cool it. Step 2: Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Step 3: Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to low. Step 4: Add the evaporated milk and ranch seasoning. Stir and cook for 5 minutes or until thick. Steps:

  • To make the crack chicken: Preheat the oven to 220°c.
  • Place flour in a large ziploc bag. Add the chicken breasts and shake until fully coated.
  • Arrange one bowl with panko breadcrumbs, and one bowl with the beaten eggs (add 2 tablespoons of water to the eggs).
  • Dip the chicken breasts first in the egg, and then in the panko breadcrumbs until completely covered.
  • Place covered chicken breasts on a buttered oven tray, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Bake chicken until gold and crispy, approximately 23-25 minutes.

I saw this recipe on Facebook and grabbed it. Little did I know that it was as addictive as they said it was. We were eating it straight out of the crock pot before it even got to the table. While not the healthiest of recipes, with all the mayo and bacon, it makes up for it in wonderful taste. Definitely a guilty pleasure.

3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 1 oz packages ranch dressing mix
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 c mayonnaise
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
2 Tbsp diced jalapenos (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Wash chicken breasts and pat dry.
  • 2. Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with Ranch dressing mix and drop cubed cream cheese on top. Cook chicken on high for 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours.
  • 3. When done, take two forks and shred the chicken right in the crock pot. Stir in mayo and cheese. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. Add the green onions and jalapenos if you like.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Place a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Add bacon pieces and cook until crispy, remove from pot and set aside.
  • Discard the fat from the pot, leaving only about 2 tablespoons.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and add it to the pot. Brown on each side for about 5-7 minutes. The chicken doesn't have to be fully cooked, but nicely browned for extra flavor.
  • Remove chicken from pot and set aside on a plate, cover with foil.
  • Add two tablespoons of butter to the same pot and melt. Add onion, stir and cook for 1 minute. Add minced garlic, stir and cook until softened for about 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/3 of flour and stir to combine. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cream little by little and stir very well until combined.
