Steps:
- Mix; egg, milk worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper & celery seed together, add corn flakes, mix well.
- Add ground beef and pork, mix well.
- Pack mixture into a 9x5x3 loaf pan, cover with ketchup and bake at 350 for 1 hours.

Our family loves this meatloaf! It's covered with a tangy sweet and sour sauce made on the stove. It is very good!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, ground black pepper, eggs, onion flakes and 1/2 of the can of tomato sauce. Mix together well and place into a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
- Push the meatloaf down into the pan forming a well for the sauce around all the edges.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, white sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- After meatloaf has cooked for 40 minutes, remove from oven and pour sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 more minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before removing from pan.

CORNFLAKE SWEET & SOUR MEATLOAF
I got this from a co-worker a couple of years ago. THIS IS THE ONLY MEATLOAF MY HUSBAND WILL EAT!! It's the only one I make now- it really is THAT good. I think the nutmeg plays a big part in the taste...a little secret ingredient. Sometimes I double the sauce part, or else I half the meat mixture and keep the sauce part the same.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare sauce (ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and nutmeg) in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients with hands until evenly mixed.
- Work in half of the sauce with the meatloaf. Place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and shape it.
- Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 50 minutes, or until center is no longer pink.

- In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs; crumble beef over top and mix well. Add onion and half of the tomato sauce. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. , Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. In a saucepan, combine the sugars, vinegar, mustard and remaining tomato sauce; bring to a boil. Pour over meat loaf; bake until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°, about 10 minutes longer., Freeze option: Securely wrap and freeze cooled meat loaf in plastic wrap and foil. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Unwrap meat loaf; reheat on a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan in a preheated 350° oven until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

- In a large bowl, combine the egg, 2 tablespoons ketchup, mustard, bread crumbs, dry soup mix, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into an oval loaf., Place in a shallow 1-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 7-8 minutes; let rest 5 minutes. Microwave 1-3 minutes longer until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°; drain. , Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine the sugars, vinegar and remaining ketchup; drizzle over meat loaf.
