1/2 cup ground coffee beans
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup mild molasses
1/4 cup macadamia nut, dry roasted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon mirin
1 jalapeno chile pepper, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 pork tenderloin (about 2 1/2 pounds)

Steps:

  • 1. Puree all ingredients (except pork) in food processor until smooth. Transfer to large plastic bag. Add pork and chill 24 to 48 hours. 2. Grill pork until meat thermometer registers 145 degrees - turning often about 25 minutes.. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Begin marinating the pork one or two days ahead for best results. The mirin can be found in the Asian foods section of some supermarkets or at Japanese markets. Marinating time is NOT included in prep time.

1 tablespoon mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
1 jalapeno chile, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 (1 1/4 lb) pork tenderloin (about 2 1/2 lbs. total)

Steps:

  • Puree all the marinade ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth.
  • Transfer to a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Add pork; release excess air, seal bag and turn to coat. Chill 24-48 hours.
  • Prepare barbecue to a medium heat.
  • Grill pork about 25 minutes, turning often. (Internal temperature should register 145F.).
  • Transfer to work surface and let stand 10 minutes.
  • Thinly slice to serve.

1 1/2 TSPs ground black pepper
2 pork tenderloins ( about 2 1/2 pounds total)

Steps:

  • Puree all ingredients except pork in processor until almost smooth. Transfer to large resealable plastic bag. Add prok; release excess air, seal bag, and turn to coat. Chill 24 to 48 hours.   • Puree all ingredients except pork in a processor until almost smooth. Transfer into gallon freezer bag. Add pork, seal bag. Marinate and chill for 24-48 hours. Then grill pork , turning often roughly 25 minutes until center reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes and thinly slice.
