1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided
6 oz. tortilla chips (7 cups)
1-1/2 cups TACO BELL® Shredded Taco Night Cheese
1 green onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add tomatoes, water and TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix; mix well. Cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in 1/4 cup sour cream.
  • Place half the chips in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of half each of the meat mixture and TACO BELL® Shredded Taco Night Cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  • Top with remaining sour cream; sprinkle with onions.

1 (350 gram) package Kraft Deluxe Velveeta on Shells Pasta & Sauce
1 pound extra-lean ground beef Marc's
1 (35 gram) package 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup light sour cream
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese, divided
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Prepare Kraft Deluxe Velveeta as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package. Stir sour cream into prepared Kraft Deluxe Velveeta. Spoon half the Kraft Deluxe Velveeta mixture into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of meat mixture, half the shredded cheese and remaining Kraft Deluxe Velveeta mixture. Cover. Bake 15 min.; top with salsa, remaining cheese and crushed chips. Bake, uncovered, 5 min.
