HOLIDAY SPRITZ COOKIES

Steps:

• In large mixing bowl cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and almond extract. Gradually blend in flour. Fill Mirro Cookie press. Using desired plate form into shapes on baking sheets. Decorate with sprinkles or colored sugar. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Note: do not chill dough. Use at room temp. If dough becomes too soft, add 1 0r 2 tablespoons flour.
