CANDY CORN MARTINI
A candy corn martini recipe! Serve this candy corn cocktail as a traditional Halloween after-dinner drink that can be served on their own or served with fresh fruits and tasty desserts!

- Combine the candy corn and vodka in an airtight container; set aside for at least 3 hours, then strain.
- Add 4 ounces of the candy corn vodka, the orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and garnish with candy corn.
- If you want to line the glass with colorful sprinkles. Add chocolate to the rim and pour the sprinkles in a bowl then dip the rim of the glass in the sprinkles.

- Seal and place in a dark cupboard or pantry for one week, shaking occasionally to help distribute the solids.

CANDY CORDIALS

Steps:
- "Paint"a cherry cordial mold (it will have fairly deep circular pockets with a little"nipple" at the top) with melted chocolate.
- Place it in your freezer for a few minutes until it sets up.
- Take a maraschino cherry that has been cut lengthwise into quarters.
- Place 3/4 of the cherry in the mold.
- Thin out a little of the fondant with some maraschino cherry juice and drop a[i]little[/i] into the mold with the cherry pieces (don't overfill or it will seep out).
- Use more melted chocolate to seal the bottom of the cordial, placing mold back in freezer for about 5 minutes or until chocolate is hard.
- Then just pop the cordials out of the mold.
