1 pound ground beef
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Optional toppings: chopped green pepper, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and sliced ripe olives

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add beans, onion and taco seasoning. , Unroll crescent roll dough. Press onto bottom and up the sides of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; seal seams and perforations. , Spread beef mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheeses. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown, about 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with toppings.

1 each red pepper, large carrot and large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup frozen corn
6 flour tortillas (8 inch), cut in half
1 can (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Refried Beans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Brown meat with peppers, carrots, onions and garlic in large nonstick skillet. Add tomatoes, salsa and cumin; mix well. Cover; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Stir in corn.
  • Spread 2 cups tomato mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with 4 tortilla halves, with cut-sides of tortillas facing sides of dish. Cover with layers of half the beans, 2-1/2 cups of the remaining tomato mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas, tomato mixture and cheese; cover with sheet of foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
Additional salsa, if desired
Sour cream, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and cold water until soft dough forms. Press evenly in bottom of pan.
  • Spread beans over crust. In small bowl, stir together rice and 1/2 cup salsa. Spread evenly over beans. Top with cheese.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.

1 (2 cup) package Mexican blend cheese
10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 (10 ounce) containers alfredo sauce, refrigerated style

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Place chicken, salsa verde and 1/2 cup of cheese in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir to combine.

3 cups o'brien frozen potatoes
1/2 cup onion, diced

1 tablespoon Lawrys seasoned garlic salt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1 fresh jalapeno, diced
8 flour tortillas, 10-inch

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place frozen potatoes in a microwave safe bowl, add about 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook on high for about 7 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Remove and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  • Place chopped onion in microwave safe bowl, but do not add additional water. Cover and cook on high for about 2 minutes or until onions are soft.
  • Add onions, jalapenos, 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt, cilantro, 1/2 package of taco seasoning and 1/2 of the can of chili to the potatoes, and stir until evenly mixed.

1 small onion, chopped

1 pkg taco seasoning - i use hot
4 oz chopped green chiles- drained
1 - 16 oz can, refried beans
1 - 14.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c sour cream
4 buritto sized flour tortillas, cut into pieces
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 - 8 oz jar, taco sauce

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil. To this, crumble in the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain and return to skillet.
  • 2. Next stir in the taco seasoning, green chiles and re fried beans. Heat through and set aside.
  • 3. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a 4 quart casserole with non stick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and soup. Spread half of the mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
  • 4. Next, cut 2 flour tortilla's into pieces and spread evenly over sauce. Spread half of the meat mixture evenly over the tortillas. Sprinkle a layer of half the cheese and drizzle evenly with half of the taco sauce.
  • 5. Repeat layers one more time, ending with cheese. Place in oven and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • 6. Once removed from oven I let it set up for at least 20 minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream and green onions if desired.

2 -3 tablespoons prepared horseradish (This will depend on your taste buds.)
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
salt

8 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour

1 1/4 cups chicken stock, divided
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
4 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a heavy bottom pan. When melted add in the onions and peppers. Cook until vegetables are crisp tender; stir in salmon and cook until warm.
  • Beat together the eggs, horseradish and evaporated milk. Add to pan and as eggs began to set, gently pull cooked portion to the center and repeat process until eggs are set; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Warm the flour tortillas either wrapped in foil in the oven until warm or a few at a time in the microwave. Once soft and pliable, spoon a couple of spoons egg mixture slightly off center, tuck in ends and roll up burrito style. Place the filled tortillas in an oven proof dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium saucepan melt the butter and stir in flour, salt and cayenne. Cook over medium until flour begins to brown. Whisk in the 1 cup stock, cream, mustard and tarragon. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened, 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese. If sauce becomes to thick, thin with remaining 1/4 cup stock.
  • Pour the sauce over the burritos, sprinkle with Spanish paprika and place in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.

6 low fat wraps 8" in diameter
1 can black beans or fat free refried beans
2.5 cups low fat spaghetti sauce
1 cup salsa
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups low fat cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Put 1/3 cup sauce in the bottom of an 8" diameter baking dish Combine remaining sauce with salsa Put one wrap in the baking dish Top with sauce, beans, zucchini and cheese. Continue to layer in this manner ending with sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

2 pounds bulk breakfast sausage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
cooking spray
1 (16 ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns
2 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
12 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking it up with the back of a spoon, until lightly browned and crumbly, about 8 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until onion is softened, about 5 more minutes. Blot any excess oil in the pan with a paper towel. Continue to cook until sausage is cooked completely, 5 to 7 more minutes. Remove from the heat. (This step can be done 1 day ahead.)
  • Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray. Add sausage mixture, hash browns, and Cheddar cheese.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well blended. Pour into the slow cooker and stir until evenly combined. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, stirring after the first hour.
  • Serve mixture inside warmed tortillas with desired toppings.

With only 6 ingredients, this Bisquick Burrito Bake is not only simple to make but absolutely delicious. Bisquick mix, refried beans, ground beef, taco sauce and gooey, melted cheese all come together for a satisfying casserole dish!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup Bisquick biscuit mix
1 16 oz can refried beans
1/2 cup water
1 lb ground beef
1 8 ounce jar taco sauce (not salsa)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  • Spray an 8 x 8 (or 9 x 9) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Begin browning and crumbling ground beef in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Once fully cooked, drain excess grease.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.
  • Spread this "crust "mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  • Combine cooked (and drained) ground beef with taco sauce (I just do this right in the pan so as not to create any more dirty dishes.)
  • Spread ground beef mix over crust mix.
  • Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese.
  • Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 375F degrees for 25-30 minutes.
