PINEAPPLE BOMBER COCKTAIL
Nicely sweet and coconutty. Try to use Amaretto di Saronno in this as your amaretto. I think it really makes a difference.

BROOKLYN BOMBER COCKTAIL
This is from my Hilary Walden cocktail book. I'm not really a great lover of Tequila but in this drink you can't really taste it. This is lovely to sip on over ice.

I used to work as a bartender, and noticed that Christine was looking for a recipe for the B52 Bomber on the allrecipes.com recipe exchange. A subtle blend of coffee, orange, and Irish cream create a memorable and festive cordial.
