Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.
- Bake for 10 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 to 3 baking sheets with parchment paper or re-usable baking sheets (silpats).
- Whisk the flour, salt, and baking soda together in a medium bowl, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars with a hand held electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and then the vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir in the chopped chocolate.
- To form the cookies, scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough and roll by hand into balls. Place the balls about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. Flatten the dough slightly with your fingertips. Bake until light brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. (If baking 2 sheets at a time, rotate the pans halfway through baking.) Transfer cookies to a rack to cool. Lightly dust the cookies with confectioners' sugar, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth. With mixer on low, gradually add flour mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in chocolate chunks.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Stir together the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and applesauce. Blend in the dry ingredients to form a dough. Fold in the peanut butter chips by hand. Drop the dough by teaspoons two inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
