BEEFY MANICOTTI
This is a very filling, easy to make manicotti dish my whole family loves - including my picky 2 year old! It's a combination of a few different recipes. Great served with tossed salad and crusty French bread.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Place ground beef, onion and garlic in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until beef is evenly brown. Remove from heat. Mix in bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, egg and 1 cup shredded cheese. Spoon filling into manicotti shells.
- Combine tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, wine and mushrooms. Spoon sauce to cover the bottom of an 8x11 inch baking dish. Arrange filled manicotti in a single layer, and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
- Cover, and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover, and bake 10 minutes.

BEEFY MANICOTTI
Steps:
- Crumble ground beef in skillet and brown gradually over medium heat. Drain and add to 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and set aside.
- Place manicotti noodles in large stockpot of boiling water. Boil until tender and remove from hot water and gently place into cold water until firm. Dry noodles on paper towel. Combine ricotta, 4 cups of mozzarella and basil in large bowl.
- Add 2 cups of spaghetti sauce to the bottom of 9x12 baking dish. To make filling shells easier, just split up the side, fill with cheese mixture, close and lay split side on bottom of pan. Continue until all shells are filled. Top with spaghetti sauce with ground beef until all shells are thoroughly covered. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Place in preheated 350 degrees F oven for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with 2 cups Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and return to oven. Bake for 15 minutes more, or until mozzarella is nicely golden brown.

BEEFY CHILI MANICOTTI
In Fall River Mills, California, Mary Vega jazzes up a can of beef chili to create a sauce for cheese-filled manicotti. "I first made this zesty dish when I got married," she explains. "It tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen, but it's really fast and easy.

- Cook manicotti shells in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and set aside. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in the chili. Pour half of the chili mixture into a greased 1-qt. baking dish. , In a small bowl, combine egg, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup American cheese and chiles. Spoon into manicotti shells. Place over chili mixture. Top with remaining chili mixture. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
