BASIL, BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND PINE NUT DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 Tbls balsamic vinegar
5 Tbls olive oil
1 handful of chopped fresh basil
1 handful of pine nuts, toasted and chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well and add salt and pepper to taste.

Alright this one came out of my Jamie Oliver cookbook. Really simple and get this....no extra bowls....cause you put all the ingredients in a jar and shake em up!

1 - handful of chopped fresh basil
1 - handful of pine nuts,toasted and chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Put all ingredients in a jar and shake ingredients up. Can store in fridge for a week.
