1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, broken in half
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
¼ cup lime juice
2 teaspoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 tablespoons chopped scallions

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, and Sriracha together in a bowl.
  • Melt butter in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 more minute. Add cooked spaghetti and mayonnaise-chili sauce; toss to combine. Cook until sauce is hot, about 2 minutes. Turn heat off and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Divide among serving plates and garnish with chopped scallion.

1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
2 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Break spaghetti noodles in half and place in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Add water, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 6 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
  • Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.

1 tablespoon butter

1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon coconut oil (can use olive oil instead) (optional)
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup light mayonnaise, to lower calories
1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta and drain well.

1 lb uncooked spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
1 1/2 lb raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined*
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
black pepper, to taste
FOR THE SAUCE
1/2 c mayonnaise (no substitutions)
1/2 c thai sweet chili sauce (in the asian aisle)
2 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper, or to taste
1 1/2 tsp onion powder

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all of the sauce ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  • 2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • 3. Place uncooked shrimp (or chicken) in a medium bowl; add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic and pepper.
  • 4. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the coated shrimp (or chicken). Cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp is opaque or chicken, if using, is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
  • 5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • 6. In a large serving bowl, combine the pasta, shrimp/chicken, and sauce mixture. Toss well to coat.

1 pound raw jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
3/4 cup light mayo

  • Break the pasta in half and place in the pot. Add the garlic, oil, and 1 teaspoon salt and water. cover and lock the lid in place. Set the pot to pressure on high for 4 minutes. Once the time is up, turn it off and set to quick release the steam until the valve button drops. Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the mayo chili sauces, lime juice together. Unlock the lid and stir the sauce into the pasta. Set the pot to sauté and add the scallions and shrimp, mix to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing until are pink in color. Check for salt and add pepper if desired. Serve warm
