⅔ cup rolled oats
⅔ cup milk, of your choice
½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 ½ teaspoons cocoa powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon chia seed, optional
1 banana, sliced
mini chocolate chip
banana, sliced, to serve
honey, to serve

Steps:

  • In a mason jar or sealable container, add the oats, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds, and banana. Stir together.
  • Seal and place in the refrigerator overnight for up to five days.
  • Top with additional banana slices, chocolate chips, and honey if desired.
  • Enjoy!

3 cups skim or 1% milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
3 bananas, divided
3 cups (750 mL) Large Flake Quaker® Oats
¼ cup chopped toasted pecans
1 cup Plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt

Steps:

  • Stir together milk, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Mash two bananas and stir into oatmeal. Slice remaining banana. Divide oatmeal evenly among bowls or small Mason jars; top with sliced banana, pecans, and yogurt (if using).
