8 Lamb rib chops trimmed
1 3/4 tb Honey
3/4 ts Sesame seeds
2 3/4 tb Light soy sauce
1 Garlic crushed
2 3/4 ts Dry sherry
3/4 ts Sesame oil
1/8 ts Five-spice powder

Steps:

  • Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 35 min, plus refrigeration time. Combine all ingredients, except lamb, in a bowl. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish and add marinade. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350F. Place lamb chops on a wire rack over a baking dish. 1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 lamb loin chops (1 inch thick and 3 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine the honey, mustard, onion salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes or until heated through., Brush sauce over both sides of lamb. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°).
