½ avocado , stoned, peeled and cut into chunks
150g strawberry , halved
4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
200ml semi-skimmed milk
lemon or lime juice , to taste
honey , to taste

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water.

1 cup carrot juice
1 (5.3 ounce) container banana cream yogurt (such as Oikos®)

Steps:

  • Grind oats in a blender into a powder-like consistency. Add ice cubes; pulse until ground. Add banana, avocado, and strawberries; blend until smooth. Pour in carrot juice and yogurt; blend until combined.
