- Spread tortillas with mayonnaise. Top each with turkey, tomato, jalapeno, cheese, cilantro and avocado. Roll up and cut in half.

Steps:
- Lay tortilla out flat. Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla. Sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, and onions in the center of the tortilla. Place the turkey all over. Top with avocado spread. Roll burrito style, making sure the ends are tucked in. Slice in half on the bias and serve.
- Jalapeno Cream Cheese: Mix the jalapenoes into the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until needed.

- In a food processor, puree the beans with the peppers and lemon juice into a smooth, but somewhat chunky, consistency. hunky consistency. Spread onto the tortillas and add a lettuce leaf to each tortilla. Add 2 slices tomato, followed by 3 slices of avocado. Add the turkey breast and Swiss cheese; fold and wrap. Cut each wrap in half to serve.
