- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bread into ½ inch (1 cm) cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, stirring until smooth.
- Add the bread and stir until the bread cubes have evenly absorbed the milk mixture.
- Spread the bread evenly in a 9-inch (23-cm) round baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, brown sugar, and cornstarch, mixing until evenly combined.
- Spread the apples evenly on top of the bread.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until edges are brown.
- Cool, slice, then serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, use a potato masher to break up apples in the filling; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Stir in eggs, apples, and vanilla extract until well blended. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir into apple mixture, then stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 minute, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack set in the lower third of the oven. Lightly butter a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream, milk, and eggs. Add brioche and gently toss to coat. Set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes to soak.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, spices, and salt; stir until smooth and well combined. Add apples and toss to coat.
- Gently fold apple mixture into the bread mixture until well combined. Spoon bread and apple mixture into prepared pie plate, then pour remaining liquid over top just to fill to the edge of the dish (you may not use all of it). Sprinkle with turbinado sugar, if desired.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Shred apples and zucchini leaving the skins on. Set aside.
- 2. Using 2 8" bread loaf pans, place foil in center overlapping the sides for more ease to lift out the bread. Grease with non-stick spray.
- 3. Mix wet ingredients and spices together using an electric mixer on low-med speed.
- 4. On low speed, slowly add dry ingredients.
- 5. Then add apples and zucchini and mix until combined.
- 6. Optional: Add 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts to the batter for a yummy crunch! My favorites are pistachios :)
- 7. Split the batter between the two loaf pans.
- 8. Add crumble ingredients to a bowl.
- 9. Cut cold butter into the ingredients until crumbles form.
- 10. Split crumble mixture between the two loaf pans pressing the crumbles slightly into the batter.
- 11. Bake for 60 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from loaf pan.

- 1. Lightly coat inside of a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Set aside.
- 2. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and sugar. Stir in pie filling; gently stir in bread cubes. Transfer mixture to the prepared cooker. Cover and cook on low setting about 3 hours or til a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Mixture will puff up.

- 1. -Preheat oven to 350. -Spray one 4x8 loaf pan, set aside. -Peel and core apples, dice and soak in salt water (2c cold water 1/4 tsp sea salt) for 3 minutes, then drain, if you're worried about excess salt you can rinse off with cold water, leave diced apples in strainer for excess water to drain off. There should be roughly 2 cups of diced apples. -Sift together flour, baking powder, apple pie spice and sea salt, set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar. Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until well combined. Slowly mix in flour mixture until just combined. Fold in apples and nuts. Scrape batter (it will be thick) into prepared pan, set aside.
- 3. TOPPING: In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, flour, apple pie spice. Cut in butter until like crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Set pan on cooling rack for 5 minutes, then turn bread out onto rack. (I made a double batch, hence the extra loaves)
- 4. GLAZE: Whisk together powdered sugar, cream and vanilla, add more cream a little at a time until of drizzling consistency. Drizzle over bread as shown in photo. Then sprinkle with chopped nuts. (You could use milk instead of the cream, but you will need much less)
- 5. Apple Pie Spice: You can buy it ready made or you can make your own. Simply stir together the listed ingredients. You WILL have more than you need. Just store in air tight container or a small zip lock bag until next time you make this. Trust me, there will be a next time!!! :o) Or you can use it for an actual apple pie. *Cardamom...you do not need this, but it does enhance the flavor.
- 6. *I made a double batch which produced 1 large loaf plus 3 small loaves. I use the small loaves for the neighbors! :o)

I decided to try this take on an old favorite and twist it up with a fall favorite to celebrate the slightly lowering temperatures. The result was better than I could have hoped. Perfect for breakfast on a cool autumn day.

- 1. Sprinkle diced apples with brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice and salt. Toss together until apples are evenly coated and microwave for 2 mins. on high. Stir and set aside
- 2. Once the rolls are slightly thawed , cut each dinner roll into four pieces and toss with half of the butter and the remaining cinnamon and apple pie spice until evenly coated.
- 3. Spray bundt pan with butter flavored no stick spray. Place one half of the apples in the bottom of the bundt pan. Then place one half of the pieces of roll and repeat the layers with the other half of the apples and then the other half of the rolls. Pour the remaining butter over the entire pan making sure some drizzles down the side.
- 4. Cover the pan with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with no stick spray. Let set until dough has doubled in size or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. To remove bread from pan, invert pan on your serving plate. Leave the pan in place for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove pan and spoon any apples remaining in the bottom of the pan onto the top of the bread to get every last drop of apple goodness. Drizzle with glaze while still warm.
- 6. To make the Glaze: Mix all ingredients together. Start with 1 tbsp. of half-and-half and add more if glaze is still a little thick. You want it to be thick enough to slowly drizzle off of a spoon.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9×5″ loaf pan. I don't know why you couldn't use Apple Pie Spice. I just didn't have any on hand to try it with. :) Mix the flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix well. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the pie filling and fold mixture until well blended, but don't over mix.
- 2. Open the can of apple pie filling and spoon entire contents into a small bowl. Cut apple wedges into small chunks, set aside. Cream the room temp. butter and sugars. Add the slightly beaten eggs. Mix well.
- 3. Mix the flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix well. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the pie filling and fold mixture until well blended, but don't over mix. Pour mixture greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes. Until top of loaf is set and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (it may not come out totally clean because of the denseness of the bread). It will start sinking into it's sunken form as it cools.
- 4. Remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar. I made two of the apple pie ones. One I just dusted with powdered sugar and the other I made of drizzle of powdered sugar and maple syrup.

Add the dry ingredients to the apple mixture on low speed until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. 4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon on low speed. With the mixer on low speed, add little pieces of the butter and mix until blended. Add the walnuts and stir well. Sprinkle the streusel over the bread batter evenly. 5. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes (until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean). Let stand for 10 minutes. Then remove the bread from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Make-Ahead Tip This would be a great treat to keep in the freezer. All you need to do is thaw it out overnight and then you'll have an instant dessert with no mess or fuss. Freezing Directions When the bread is completely cooled, wrap in plastic wrap and place it in a labeled freezer bag. Remove as much air as possible. I recommend using a vacuum sealed bag. Freeze up to 2 months.

Beat white sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until incorporated; add vanilla extract and stir until incorporated.
