1 (20 ounce) can apple pie filling
10 ounces light cream cheese
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust
4 tablespoons light sour cream
2 (4 g) packages sugar-free apple cider mix
4 ounces light whipped topping, thawed
1 crunchy-type granola bar

Steps:

  • Spread pie filling on bottom of pie crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and spiced cider mix until fluffy.
  • Beat in thawed whipped topping.
  • Pour over apple pie filling and refrigerate.
  • Crush granola bar and sprinkle on top just.

This recipe was on the lid of some whipped cream. I always have instant apple cider on hand, so this is an easy addition to my quick to make desserts. Prep time is refrigeration time.

10 ounces apple pie filling (or homeade apple filling)
1 graham cracker pie crust
10 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 (1/4 ounce) packages instant apple cider drink mix
4 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 granola bar, crunchy kind

This is so simple and so good, and I got it from the back of a Cool Whip top! This is a staple for parties and holidays!!

1 medium graham cracker pie crust
1 pkg cream cheese, room temperature
4 Tbsp sour cream
1/2 c cool whip
1 can(s) apple pie filling
4 pkg apple cider drink mix, in powder form.
1 tsp each cinnamon/nutmeg
1 small granola bar to crush and sprinkle on top.

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add all but the apples. Mix well.
  • 2. In the pie shell, spread 1/2 a can of apple pie filling in each. This recipe makes two smaller pies easy.
  • 3. Pour onto the apples and chill for 1-1.5 hours. I sprinkle cinnamon/nutmeg on the top. You can also sprinkle a crushed granola bar on top.

1-1/2 cups finely crushed European-style cookies for coffee (speculoos cookies)
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2-1/2 tsp. apple pie spice, divided
1 can (12 oz.) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed, divided
4 eggs
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 pkg. (2.5 oz.) apple chips (about 1-1/2 cups)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine cookie crumbs, butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
  • Beat cream cheese, vanilla, 2 tsp. apple pie spice and 1 cup of the remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each until just blended. Pour over crust.
  • Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
  • Meanwhile, bring remaining sugar and apple juice concentrate to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Add whipping cream and remaining apple pie spice; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened. Cool completely, then refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Pour chilled sauce over cheesecake just before serving; top with apple chips.
