- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Place on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes, stirring once. Serve immediately.

- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Lightly spray the fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place sweet potato fries in a large bowl, drizzle with avocado oil, and stir. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons chili-lime seasoning and toss well. Transfer to the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook sweet potato fries until brown and crispy, 8 to 9 minutes, shaking and turning the fries after 4 minutes.
- While sweet potatoes are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili-lime seasoning for dipping sauce in a small bowl. Serve sweet potato fries with dipping sauce and lime wedges.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine sweet potato fries and canola oil in a bowl and mix. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until all fries are evenly coated.
- Divide sweet potatoes into 2 or 3 batches for cooking. Place an even layer of sweet potatoes in the fry basket, insert in the air fryer, and cook until golden, about 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining sweet potatoes.

- Peel the sweet potatoes and slice into ½ cm sticks. Put in a bowl, drizzle over the oil and give them a good toss to coat. Sprinkle over the paprika, mixed herbs and ½ tsp each of salt and pepper, then give it all a good mix with your hands to ensure it's evenly coated.
- Cook, in batches, in a single layer in your air fryer basket for around 10-15 mins, until lightly golden, giving a little shake or toss after 5 mins. Once all the batches have cooked, return the fries to the air fryer, give it a good shake and cook for a further 1-2 mins to heat through.
