Berry Applesauce Gelatin image

This recipe is loved by adults and kids alike. I make this for my in-laws using sugar free jello and unsweetened applesauce. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg (6 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 c boiling water
2 c frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 c applesauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • 2. Stir in the frozen strawberries until thawed and separated.
  • 3. Add applesauce and lemon juice to strawberry mixture.
  • 4. Pour into an 11 x 7 pan; chill until set.
