Beefy Spaghetti Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1/2 lb ground beef, crumbled
1 c frozen green beans
1 onion
1.5 c spaghetti sauce
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp parsley flakes
4 c beef stock
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
5/8 tsp pepper
1 can(s) mushrooms, sliced
1 can(s) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano

Steps:

  • 1. In large casserole combine ground beef, onion, garlic and oil.
  • 2. Microwave at high until meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking.
  • 3. Drain.
  • 4. Add remaining ingredients.
  • 5. Cover.
  • 6. Microwave at high until spaghetti is done (around 20 to 25 minutes).
  • 7. Stir occasionally.
