Beef Pasta with Creamy Mushroom image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1-2 lb ground beef
1 large family sized cream of mushroom soup
2 c milk
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 bag(s) egg noodles, no-yolk variety
1 onion, diced

Steps:

  • 1. Set water for noodles to boil. Follow package directions.
  • 2. Dice onion.
  • 3. Add diced onion, beef, garlic, salt, and pepper to frying pan. Brown, and strain.
  • 4. After straining noodles return to the pot with butter, milk, and soup. If too thick for your tastes add more milk, too little -add less. Stir well
  • 5. Add ground beef & onion mix to noodles & sauce.
  • 6. Serve.
