Steps:
- 1. Cook asparagus in well-salted boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. (up to 1 day in advance) 2. In a small bowl combine mayo, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic. Set aside. (up to 1 day in advance) 3. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear. Tie the chives around the prosciutto. (up to 4 hours in advance, store in refrig and bring to room temp before serving).
