We can't think of anything more refreshing in the summertime than this classic Italian aperitif.

Ice
2 ounces Aperol
3 ounces Prosecco
Soda water, chilled
Orange slice, for garnish

Steps:

  • Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water to fill. Garnish with orange slice.
