Steps:
- 1. Cook potatos (soft boil approx. 30 minutes - I like them to be soft. I just wash the pototos & cook them with the peel intact & remove the peel just before I cut them up to mix with the other ingredients.) 2. Hard boil the eggs (also about 30 minutes) 3. Cut up cooked potatos and slice eggs. 3. Mix all ingredients - salt & pepper to taste. Add more mayonnaise as needed so the potato salad is moist. 4. Sprinkle salad with Paprika for added flavor & serve.
