'MY MOMS SWEET POTATO PIE' image

1 3/4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs,slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Steps:

  • 1. COMBINE ALL THE FILLING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL,THEN BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL.BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED NEAR THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
