AMERICAN CHEESE CHEESY POTATOES

American cheese cheesy potatoes image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 medium bag of frozen hash browns
1/2 small chopped onion
1 c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1/2 block of velvetta block cheese

Steps:

1. Place frozen hash browns in crock pot. Add stick of butter. Mix sour cream, soup, onion, and cheese (cut cheese in small cubes)and pour on top of hash browns. Cook on high for 2 hours and then on low for the last hour. Stir often so cheese doesn't burn.
