A simple side dish. Thyme is a good substitute for oregano if you'd like.

Steps:
- Prepare caramelized onions.
- Gently heat oil and butter in another skillet, add zucchini and oregano and sauté until tender or al dente.
- Stir in caramelized onions, adjust salt and pepper and serve warm.
