This can be a nice appetizer, or brunch item with a salad, or a side dish, its always popular whenever I make it! It is equally good with zucchini or spinach.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease (or pam) a 9 x 12 baking pan or a 12 muffin pan
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Spread (or spoon) into greased pans.
- Bake 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven) until golden brown
