Oh MY! That's what I said when I first tasted this! I created this zingy peach dressing to pep up a boring low carb salad. It's simply scrumptious!! Use a soft ripe peach to get all that sweet juicy peach flavor.

- 1. Combine all ingredients, except sriracha sauce, in a blender; blend until smooth. Stir in sriracha until you reach the level of spiciness you like. Serve. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
