Steps:
- Cut bread in half horizontally.
- Spread bottom half with butter.
- Layer lettuce, salami and tomatoes on butter bread; season with salt and pepper.
- Layer on the cheese, ham, cucumber and onion of top of tomatoes.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir the vinegar, olive oil and garlic salt together.
- Spread vinegar dressing on the top half of bread with mustard.
