Yummy Apple Cake image

This is a very moist, yummy, apple cake. An Aunt gave this Recipe to me years ago. It has been a family favorite. Enjoy

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 cups apples, peeled and sliced thin
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • Grease 9x13 pan.
  • Beat eggs,sugar and oil, together.
  • Add flour, soda and cinnamon.
  • Mix well.
  • Add apples and walnuts, mix together.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
