Steps:
- 1. wash peal and shred the yellow squash
- 2. mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl except canola oil
- 3. heat canola oil in drying pan until sizzling- then spoon the mixture into the hot oil - fry until golden brown.
- 4. enjoy!!!!!!!
