Steps:
- 1. cook onions till translucent with oil and sale
- 2. add in rice and mix well
- 3. add spices and mix well
- 4. add lemon juice and water and cook on stove for 4 minutes
- 5. roll grape leaves and place in hotel pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 2 3/4 hours
