My sister many years ago gave me this recipe. It is a simple yet a very tasty cake recipe with no eggs. It's totally easy and cleanup is simple. You can dust with some powdered sugar or frost..plain is good also! Again, as I like to say about a lot of my recipes, your choice!

Steps:
- 1. Sift directly into ungreased cake tin - the flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt.
- 2. Make holes in dry ingredients for oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour over this 1 cup cold water and stir with fork until well mixed.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
