Steps:
- Place 1 each of cinnamon sticks, the clove studded zest and the star anise anise in the bottom of 8 champage flutes. Pour 1 oz (approx 1 tablespoon) of the pear nectar in each glass. Fill the glass 2/3 with Prosecco just before serving. Makes 8
