Winter Crumble image

I love a fruit crumble & will quite often have them for brekky with yoghurt. I love the sound of this one as it's got Kiwi in it.

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 kiwi fruits, peeled & cut into chunks
2 pears, cored & cut into chunks
2 bananas, sliced
1 apple, cored & cut into chunks
1/2 cup dried apricot
1 passion fruit, pulp of
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Combine fruit & spoon into a casserole dish.
  • Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over fruit.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (180.C) for 20-25 mins or until fruit is tender & topping is crisp.
