Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Beat egg and egg yolk in a large bowl until light (best done with electric mixer). 3. Add brown sugar to eggs and beat until mixture forms soft ribbons when beaters lifted, about 5 minutes. 4. Add light and dark corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt. 5. Stir in pecans and white chocolate. 6. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake about 1 hour.
