White Bread (Bread Machine) image

This recipe came from the Bread Factory Book that came with my bread maker. I love this white bread, it comes out nice and fluffy.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients in the bread maker in the order they are listed.
  • Use the BASIC BAKE setting.
