WHISKEY STEAK MARINADE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp montreal seasoning
1/4 C. whiskey
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T. Brown sugar

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. This will marinate about 16-20oz of meat. This is a salt marinade, so it is not recommended that you soak for more than 45 minutes
