Weight Watchers Broccoli Cauliflower Salad (Ww) image

Two of my favourite vegetables

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c broccoli florets
1 c cauliflower florets
1 c cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/2 c sweet onion, diced
3/4 c fat free miracle whip
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp splenda

Steps:

  • 1. Put broccoli,cauliflower, tomatoes and onion in a large bowl.
  • 2. Mix Fat Free Miracle Whip, red wine vinegar, and Splenda until smooth (you may want to add more or less vinegar and Splenda to suit your taste).
  • 3. Pour dressing over salad and mix gently until completely combined.
  • 4. Chill. 0 points for Weight Watchers per serving.
