Vinegar Cucumbers And Onions image

These are so good , I like the vinegar and salt mix. In the summer I like to keep a bowl of these in the refrigerator just to snack on.

3 large cucumbers ; sliced
1 large onion ; sliced
6 tsp sea salt
6 Tbsp vinegar
3 c cold water
1/2 tsp white pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together and chill before serving.
