Venetian Crab Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pound fresh crabmeat, picked over
radicchio leaves

Steps:

  • 1 In a medium bowl, whisk together the parsley, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the crab meat and stir well.
