Steps:
- Cream together Philly Cream Cheese, green chilies, and jalapenos. Place in refrigerator.
- Tear 2 strips of waxed paper (approx 36"). Place Velveeta cheese between the two sheets and roll with rolling pin until cheese is about 1/8" thick and the length is longer than the width. Using knife spread Philly Cream Cheese spread on Velveeta and roll up like a jelly roll.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 hours. Serve with your favorite crackers.
